All this considered, you may still want to return any product because it is actually damaged or has a production fault. Being that the case, a return is possible within a period of 48 hours from the moment the product was delivered. To do so, it is only necessary to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of the product/s you would like to return, with a picture attached and a detailed description of the faults you may have notices. Once we receive and verify your email, we shall inform you of the delivery or shipping details to return the faulty product totally free of charge. Please, remember that the returning goods must be unused, with all packaging and tags left intact. Once the product is delivered to our premises and all faults or damages are verified, procedures shall start to send you a new product with identical characteristics to the prior one with no additional expenses for the purchaser. If the product is out of stock, the amount of the purchase shall be reimbursed to the purchaser as soon as possible, via the same mean used to purchase the product in the first place (PayPal or credit card).
Our warranty does not cover product failures caused by misuse, wear and tear or unauthorised repairing. All these shall invalid any return.
GAMAN eyewear has a legal 2-year warrant starting from the delivery date. Moreover, www.gamaneyeweat.com takes all responsibilities for any lack of conformity that may take place within a period of 2 years from the delivery date, providing the consumer has duly given notice of the lack of conformity within a period of two months from the moment the consumer was aware of it.
